THIS IS A PRIVATE IN PERSON CLASS IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS! AT MY STUDIO!!!!
(Can be scheduled with friend or more than one person if friends come in a group!)
This will be a TWO DAY crash course workshop. We will build a small bath for you take home, go over mixing chemicals, how to prep a bath, how to prep objects for a bath, calculate amperage, and studio safety.
DAY 1: All the basics!! Bath safety, building a bath, chemical mixing, Wax carving(molds, carving, painting), and studio work time.
DAY 2: Object Prep, Amperage, How to place things in the bath, Post bath care, Clean up, and studio work time
WEEKEND WORKSHOP: FRIDAY AND SATURDAY or SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!
ALL MATERIALS INCLUDED! (Bath materials, copper, wax) Just show up!!
There are plenty of low cost lodgings available in the area! At this time my guest bedroom is under construction, so — in the future I hope to offer client lodging!!
In this course, students will learn all about electroforming. We will cover safety, how to build a bath, object prep, and more!
This is the perfect crash course whether you are brand new to the process or need a brush up on the process!
